Terms of Service

These General Terms and Conditions (“AGB”) apply to all contracts between unveiled GmbH (hereinafter “unveiled”) and the users of the unveiled platform (“members”).

The platform comprises the website, mobile applications, and all related digital services (together the “platform”).

Via the platform, members can book cultural events and offerings (“experiences”).

These experiences are generally offered and run by external cultural institutions, organizers, or partner organizations (“partners”).

unveiled itself is not the organizer of the events; it solely provides a platform through which members can discover and book events.

Between unveiled and the members there is a contract governing use of the platform and membership.

Between members and partners a separate contract is formed governing participation in the respective event.

Partners act independently and are neither representatives nor vicarious agents of unveiled.
